Nineteen months on from what was, at that point, the nadir of his Old Trafford reign Ole Gunnar Solskjær returns to Goodison Park still under pressure and with questions surrounding the commitment of the same core of players who folded in that 4-0 defeat to Marco Silva’s Everton.
