With the final pool matches complete, the lineup for the Heineken Cup quarter-finals has been confirmed. Only two Premiership sides, Northampton and Leicester, have reached the last eight, and both will meet Irish opposition in Ulster and Leinster respectively.
The other two quarter-finals will be all-French affairs between Perpignan and Toulon, while Toulouse's defeat at Wasps has left with them with a tough trip to Biarritz, a rematch of last year's final that Toulouse won 21-19 in Paris.
The semi-final draw has also been made, with Leicester to meet the winners of Biarritz v Toulouse if they progress, and Northampton, if they defeat Ulster, to meet either Perpignan or Toulon.
The knockout stages of the Amlin Challenge Cup have also been confirmed, with an all-Premiership tie between Harlequins and Wasps the only game with English interest. Five French clubs and the Irish side Munster complete the last eight in that competition.
