José Mourinho has suggested Chelsea will make a third bid for Wayne Rooney following this match, in turn surely affecting David Moyes's thinking in regards to whether or not to select the unhappy striker. Should Rooney be picked from the start it will be interesting to see the reception he receives from a home crowd whose patience has been stretched by the will-he-won't-he-leave saga. Jamie Jackson
