Graham Turner has announced he will step down as manager of Hereford United at the end of the season, following the club's relegation from League One. Current first-team coach John Trewick has been offered the job, while Turner will remain as Director of Football.

"I would like to reiterate my apologies to all our supporters for our poor league position," Turner said. "John Trewick... is a very experienced and respected football man who is capable of having an impact on the players and giving the club the impetus to put us into contention for a quick return to League One."

A 2-0 home defeat to Colchester last weekend sealed the club's fate.
