The Wales wing Shane Williams has been ruled out of tomorrow's Six Nations match against England at the Millennium Stadium. The Ospreys back, scorer of 45 tries in 62 Tests, has failed to recover in time from an ankle injury suffered during the 26–13 victory over Scotland last weekend.

Williams is replaced in the starting line-up by the Scarlets wing Mark Jones, who wins his 44th cap. But the loss of such a dynamic force as Williams is a major setback for the reigning Six Nations champions, who are seeking a hat-trick of tournament victories over England.
