Sale Sharks have announced the signing of the Scotland international prop Gavin Kerr. Kerr, capped 50 times, has agreed a two-year contract and will join the Sharks from Edinburgh.

"Gavin has a wealth of experience at the highest level and has the added extra of being able to play at both tighthead and loosehead," said the Sale rugby director Kingsley Jones. "He has played in two World Cups and is another important signing for the club next season."
